Hi, Mrs. Clater, it's Sarah Greene from the sixth grade play at Mtn. View Elementary. You may or may not remember me. I wanted to comment on the fact that people as tremendous, successful, and as well-known as you would choose to start a branch of your theatre school in such a tiny town as this. You have done wonders for the people you have taught, Mikaela Fleming and Bobby Wiltcher to name only two. Although I love the theatre and plays and the atmosphere and music, it is something I could never do successfully. I would bomb every second I tried to get up. Stuttering and the theatre don't mix, I suppose. I would love to become somehow involved in this. I saw on the website that you offer a playwriting workshop. I've dabbled in playwriting and would appreciate if you would send me some more information about it. Again, thank you for changing the lives of so many people. And say hello to Robby for me; we all miss him!

Dancing For The Stars

I had a blast last night (at Dancing For The Stars) & all my family and friends in attendance said they are definitely coming next year if this becomes an annual event. I can't tell you how much fun I had despite being terrified of dropping Sara. All my fellow competitors did such a fantastic job too. I hope Robert & Lesia know how lucky they are to be mentors to such a tremendous group of young men and women. They were so accepting of us and their parents should be proud of how well-rounded, polite and talented they all are. I'm honored to have been associated with them and CKT .Thanks again.

Hey, Robert! I hope you remember me! Lol. I just wanted to let you know that I love college. My classes at Lees-McRae are not very hard and I am LOVING everyone here. Especially the Performing Arts kids. It's so great. I'm trying to stay involved in everything so I'm doing a few clubs including cheerleading, bellydancing, backpacking, amnesty, and spectrum. Along with my PA things. Of course, I would not be able to meld into these classes and clubs so easily if it weren't for you and Lesia. I love being able to pick up the moves quicker than everyone else. If it weren't for Clater-Kaye, I definately would not have the skills to keep up with everyone. So thank you both!
I hope to see you all soon! I miss my CKT family! Thanks so much for everything!

We are writing this message to tell everyone about the fantastic job Robert & Lesia have done for our daughter. Liz recently auditioned for the college of her choice to continue her studies in Musical Theater. Robert & Lesia did such a great job preparing her for the audition that she ultimately had fun and came away from the experience with a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. Her experiences with Clater-Kaye Theatreworks allowed her to face ths challenging audition with confidence and grace. As parents we want to thank you for giving this gift to our daughter. It was fullfilling to watch her shine in a moment that was so important in furthing her goals.

This is so exciting for us. We are looking forward to working and learning from you. HIckory is so fortunate to have someone to take the time and energy to place the young and old and teach them not only to dance, sing, and act, but have them learn some culture!!! Excited about "Les Miserable!"

I just wanted to let you guys know how great an experience this was for me. This is the first time that I have been in a show where I have been truly excited to find out what was going to happen each night. I loved how the relationships developed and deepened as the run progressed. There was some real magic happening up there every show! (even the 10am student matinee) You guys have unlocked something in me that I didn't know I had and I just wanted to say thank you. I have always loved performing, but, I haven't had many dramatic opportunities and well, I don't know, but, I think it's about to be ON! Robert, you said that you think my career is going to change after this. You are right. I saw how people respond to honest storytelling and how it makes them feel to see someone who really wants to share with them and... their reaction is so powerful. I want to keep positively affecting people that way. This may not be news to you guys, but, there is a story to be told in every little thing that happens and I want to be sure to tell it as effectively as possible. Your production was an example of that because each and every cast member became so committed to each piece of the story that they told. It is amazing to me that you collected this special group of people. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this. It has made me better.

I see you almost everyday and every Friday during school. Gosh who would have thought that you guys would have landed here in NC and build your Building five mintues from my house?
