We are writing this message to tell everyone about the fantastic job Robert & Lesia have done for our daughter. Liz recently auditioned for the college of her choice to continue her studies in Musical Theater. Robert & Lesia did such a great job preparing her for the audition that she ultimately had fun and came away from the experience with a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. Her experiences with Clater-Kaye Theatreworks allowed her to face ths challenging audition with confidence and grace. As parents we want to thank you for giving this gift to our daughter. It was fullfilling to watch her shine in a moment that was so important in furthing her goals.

This is so exciting for us. We are looking forward to working and learning from you. HIckory is so fortunate to have someone to take the time and energy to place the young and old and teach them not only to dance, sing, and act, but have them learn some culture!!! Excited about "Les Miserable!"

I just wanted to let you guys know how great an experience this was for me. This is the first time that I have been in a show where I have been truly excited to find out what was going to happen each night. I loved how the relationships developed and deepened as the run progressed. There was some real magic happening up there every show! (even the 10am student matinee) You guys have unlocked something in me that I didn't know I had and I just wanted to say thank you. I have always loved performing, but, I haven't had many dramatic opportunities and well, I don't know, but, I think it's about to be ON! Robert, you said that you think my career is going to change after this. You are right. I saw how people respond to honest storytelling and how it makes them feel to see someone who really wants to share with them and... their reaction is so powerful. I want to keep positively affecting people that way. This may not be news to you guys, but, there is a story to be told in every little thing that happens and I want to be sure to tell it as effectively as possible. Your production was an example of that because each and every cast member became so committed to each piece of the story that they told. It is amazing to me that you collected this special group of people. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this. It has made me better.

I see you almost everyday and every Friday during school. Gosh who would have thought that you guys would have landed here in NC and build your Building five mintues from my house? I Guess Fate delt me a good hand. I want to tell u your like secound parents to me! You push me to work harder and harder ever since cinderella and i can tell i have improved sooo much! Thank u!

Oh my goodness! The East Carolina audition went SOOOO well!! Honestly, its the first audition I feel completely confident with! I don't know if I'll get in the program, I'm not expecting anything, but I feel like I did my best and I'm very happy with how it went. For the first time I didn't come out beating myself up over things I did wrong. Thank you sooo much for your help! Take care, and God bless!! Lyns T.

What a wonderful website!!! I love all the pictures of us!!! :) I'm so glad to see your dream finally coming true! (Although I wish I could have been a bigger part of it!) I will be back there to play with you all again some day, hopefully sooner than later. It was such a pleasant surprise and blessing to see you both today! A wonderful way to start the holidays! Randi just sent me this link, and what a lovely suprise it was to recieve!!! I am so delighted to see this website and to see that the two of you are keeping up the fabulous, wonderful work in NC. We at CES think of you often and just yesterday passed on the "Fabulous Wonderfuls" to a new group of 6th grade drama students. I hope Clater, Kaye Productions continues to be successful and that everyone in the Clater family is happy and well. Your students in NC are extremely lucky to have you!

I'm not at all surprised to hear how students and parents love the work that you two do. Having worked "Dreamgirls" with you 3 times, I know the type of positive and productive environment you create for performers to do their best in. Continued success, and say hey to the kids for me!
